第一章元始有道共上帝同在道就係上帝道元始共上帝同在萬物係從佢而造但凡受造嘅有一樣唔係從佢而造生命在佢之中生命就係人嘅光照在黑暗之中黑暗不能勝得佢有一個人係上帝所打發嘅名叫約翰佢來作證即係爲光作證俾衆人因佢來信佢唔係個光乃係爲光作證呮個光係眞嘅來照耀所有生在世上嘅人佢在世界世界都係從佢而造但世界唔認識佢佢到屬自己嘅地方但屬自己嘅人唔接待佢但凡接待佢嘅即係信佢名嘅人但就賜權過佢毗做上帝嘅仔女個的人唔係從血氣生嘅唔係從情慾生嘅亦唔係從人意生嘅乃係從上帝生嘅呀道成人身住在我哋之中充滿曉恩典眞理我哋見佢嘅榮耀猶如父獨生子嘅榮耀約翰爲佢作證呼叫話我從前講話
