有個後過我來反成曉先過我在嘅因爲佢本來先過我在卽係呢個人呀從佢嘅豐盛我曉都領受過又恩上加恩呀律法係由摩西而傳恩典共眞理係由耶穌基督而來從前未有人見過上帝惟有在父懷中嘅獨生子將佢表明出來○約翰所作之證記在下文猶太人從耶路撒冷打發祭司共利未人到約翰處問佢話你係也誰呢但就明講唔隱瞞明講話我唔係基督佢曉又問佢話噉就你係也誰呢係以利亞咩佢話我唔係係個位先知咩個位先知觀申命記十八節伍答話唔係於是佢曉話你到底係也誰呢等我曉好回覆打發我曉來嘅你自己話係也誰囉佢話我就係個聲音在曠野呼叫話修直主嘅路好似先知以賽亞所講嘅受打發嘅係從法利賽人處來佢曉就問佢話你既然唔係基督唔係以利亞又唔係個位先知你爲何施洗呢約翰答話我用水施洗但有一位企在你曉之中係你曉唔識嘅佢係在我之後來嘅我共佢解鞋帶都唔堪當以上嘅事係在約但河外伯大尼約翰施洗嘅地方所行嘅○明日約翰睇見耶穌來到佢處就話睇吓
